What can you expect from us?
BerryWorld Ltd does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this web site, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email, using an electronic form, registering as a member or enquiring about any of our services.
We are fully committed to compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and wherever we request personal information from you, we will do our best to advise you how the information will be used:
- who will see it
- why they need it
- what they will do with it

From time to time we also conduct web visitor surveys which store a cookie on visitors' computers. The cookie is used to identify web visitors who have already been offered the survey so that they are not prompted to participate a second time.
When you visit our website we record your computer's internet protocol (IP) address to help us diagnose any problems with our computer network. Any information logged is not given to any third party companies, and is kept solely for the reasons stated above. It is not linked to personally identifiable information so all visitors to our site remain anonymous.
Cookie: a temporary text message stored on your computer when you visit a website to indicate if a user has visited a site previously. Please note that if you are completing an electronic form and select the 'Complete later' function, your information will be retained for a period of 90 days (from the last time you access the form), it will then be permanently deleted and you will no longer be able to retrieve the form.
For security reasons if forms are left inactive for 30 minutes or more the application will time out and no longer be valid.
