A really tasty, zingy alternative to traditional cranberry sauce. Ideal served with turkey but also perfect with anything oriental such as crispy spring rolls.

  • Place the cranberries, sugar, chilli, lime juice and zest into a saucepan add a splash of water.
  • Cook until the cranberries have a jam like consistency but still hold their shape. Serve warm or cold.

Cooks Tip: Pop some into sterilised jars and give as a lovely home-made Christmas gift. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
