Berry Best Porridge Recipe
Porridge is easy, healthy and packed with goodness to get you going i the morning. With fresh berries it can be absolutely delicious when done right.
- 160g Gluten Free Oats
- 400ml Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 200g Blueberries
- Put the oats in a saucepan with the milk, coconut oil and cinnamon. Cook over a low-medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Take off the heat and stir in the honey until rich and creamy.
- Serve with a handful of fresh blueberries on the top.
