This high protein porridge is the perfect way to kick start your day. The addition of egg gives it an unexpected creamy flavour, and a boost of protein that’s perfect before or after a workout.
In a saucepan combine the oats, milk and eggs, add half of the berries and bring to a simmer. Cook for 6-8 mins, stirring regularly until the oats are cooked, the berries have burst and the porridge is thick.
Divide between two bowls and top with the yogurt, the rest of the berries and toasted almonds and a drizzle of honey
