- Arrange sliced strawberries in a rigid container, sprinkling with 1 heaped tbsp caster sugar between each layer. Cover, label and freeze for up to six months.
- Thaw at room temperature for 1-2 hours or defrost in the microwave.
- Serve spooned over scoops of vanilla ice cream and roughly broken flaked chocolate in tall glasses. Serve with wafer biscuits.
