Kiwi Berry Granola Bowl

Make your own granola and serve with some kiwi berries for a healthy luxurious start to the day.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix together the oats, nuts apple juice, honey and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Leave to cool before serving with yogurt and kiwi berries.

Ingredients

For the granola

  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 125 g oats
  • 25 g almonds
  • 10 g sunflower seeds

To serve

  • 500g yogurt
  • 1 pack of BerryWorld kiwi berries
