If you’re looking for a tasty treat, try out this simple sweet pizza with a topping of extra goodness

Measure the flour, yeast and salt into a large bowl. Mix 300ml hand-hot water with the oil and honey or sugar in a jug, then pour into the dry mix, stirring all the time to make a soft dough.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, then knead for 8 minutes until the dough no longer feels sticky, sprinkling with a little more flour as you need it.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling film, then leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan /gas 6. Remove the cling film and tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead gently then cut into 4 pieces. Roll out each dough to a round and place on a baking tray lined with non - stick baking parchment. Scatter the berries over each pizza dough and place in the oven to cook for 7 – 10 minutes until the dough is golden and risen and the berries have burst and have released their juices.

Whilst the pizzas are in the oven place the cream and chocolate in a small saucepan and gently heat until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Remove the pizzas from the oven and drizzle over the white chocolate sauce and top with a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.
