These easy appetisers to share at parties. The melted cheese, blackberry jelly, and fresh blackberries make these little crescent cups an amazing snack.
Cut the puff pastry into 24 squares then press into a pre-greased mini muffin tins .
Cut the brie into 24 small chunks. Place cheese atop each piece of pastry. Spoon a small amount of blackberry jam on top of each cheese square. Fold the tips of the pastry over, if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°c.
Remove from the oven and top with a fresh blackberry on a cocktail stick.
Serve immediately to enjoy the goodness.
