Mix up your berries by making these fun ice lollies, you can guarantee they will impress the little ones!
Fill 4 jugs each with 300ml of lemonade. Add a few drops of yellow food colouring to one jug, blue food colouring to another, red food colouring to another and then pink to the last jug.
Start with a layer of raspberries in the bottom of 10 lolly moulds. Pour over the pink lemonade and then place in the freezer to set for about 40 minutes.
Next add either a layer of blueberries or blackberries and pour over the blue lemonade. Freeze again for another 40 minutes.
Next is a layer of raspberries topped with the yellow lemonade and freeze again for 40 minutes.
Finally a layer of strawberries topped with the red lemonade. Freeze the lollies then for a good hour until fully frozen. Take out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving as this makes it easier to remove from the mould.
