Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C, which helps in building immunity. Perfect for fighting those school sniffles! And here’s a fun fact for you! Strawberries are also a good natural tooth cleaner. Say cheese!

How to make strawberry & beetroot brownies
- Pre heat the oven to 160 Fan.
- Put the chocolate and butter into a bowl. Melt over a pan of boiling water.
- Add the vanilla, eggs and sugar and mix well. Add the cocoa powder, flour and beetroot.
- Mix until well blended and spoon into 24-hole silicone mini muffin tray. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until firm and well risen. Leave to cool, then remove from the tray.
- Peel the kiwis and remove the tops. Slice each kiwi into three rounds. Trim the stalks from the strawberries.
- Thread a lolly stick through one strawberry, kiwi round and brownie. Lay the rockets on a plate.
- Put the chocolate for decorating the rockets into a bowl and melt over a pan of boiling water. Spoon the melted chocolate into a small piping bag. Pipe a zig zag over each rocket.
- Chill until set and then you can stand them up for extra taste appeal!
