We understand that long term sustainable growth can only come from a hunger to keep moving forwards.
We require people with an agricultural/food background to help us on this journey. We’ve developed a placement year scheme to cultivate smart, diverse talent to build sustainable solutions to grow the berry world together.

PLacement Year Case Study
Bella Reed, BSc Agriculture
"During my time at BerryWorld I worked in a number of different departments which allowed me to gain an insight into the business as a whole.
I spent time in Technical, where I was in charge of quality control of one of the UK based Farms. This role enabled me to gain knowledge on the finished product and step out of my comfort zone to make important decisions depending on the quality.
I also spent time with insights and marketing. This enabled me to see the business from a different angle and how important data is in determining the next sales move. Working with marketing was also fun as I got to help design new packaging and shop promotions.
Coming to BerryWorld to do my year in Industry was the best decision I made. Working in many departments has provided me with a range of knowledge, which I know will be of use in future. I got to meet lots of new people and visit many different parts of the country on farm visits. Whilst BerryWorld is a global company I still felt valued and that my work was making a difference.
I would totally recommend doing a placement year at BerryWorld!"
