  • Select beautiful raspberries and freeze them.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie.
  • When it is melted, if necessary, add a little coconut oil to make the chocolate a little more fluid.
  • Coat the raspberries with a toothpick.
  • place raspberries in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Melt the ruby chocolate in a bain-marie and add a little coconut oil.

  • place the franui in the freezer for 2 hours.

Don't forget to take them out of the freezer 10 to 15 minutes before enjoying !
