This is the perfect breakfast smoothie. Creamy textures with a zing of blueberries will set you up for the day.

Put a small punnet of blueberries into a blender or smoothie maker, then add ½ an avocado, ½ a banana, 1tsp Chia seeds and top up with chilled Almond milk and a couple of ice cubes. Whizz until smooth. Add a little more almond milk if it’s too thick.
