This colourful blueberry smoothie is quick, healthy, and delicious and makes the perfect breakfast or pick- me-up at any time of the day.

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth, adding more sugar or honey to taste. Serve with ice. Drink immediately.
