A great cranberry mocktail for all to enjoy, the cranberry syrup can be used in a selection of drinks

  • Heat the cranberries, water and sugar over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Once cool strain the syrup through a sieve.
  • Add two tablespoons of syrup to each glass
  • Pour over the elder-flower presse and serve with mint

  • 300g cranberries
  • 100ml water
  • 100g sugar
