A great cranberry mocktail for all to enjoy, the cranberry syrup can be used in a selection of drinks
- Heat the cranberries, water and sugar over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Once cool strain the syrup through a sieve.
- Add two tablespoons of syrup to each glass
- Pour over the elder-flower presse and serve with mint

- 300g cranberries
- 100ml water
- 100g sugar
- Elderflower presse
